NRW 2018
Catharinasteeg in the historic city center of Leiden won the NRW Annual Prize 2018. The award was presented by jury chairman René Vierkant during the NRW Annual Congress in Theater Amsterdam.
3 Star BREEAM
MRP Development received a BREEAM-NL three star design certificate for the Catharinasteeg in Leiden. The certificate was presented during the Provada, at the Sustainable Building stand.
5700 m2 Commercial
MRP Development has realized a completely new shopping street with 5,700 m² of shops and restaurants. In the evening, the atmospheric district often plays host to cultural functions and catered events. Meanwhile, the Catharinahof, a newly accessible green space, offers a refuge for visitors to the area.
