In the heart of Strijp-S on the Torenallee and the Ingenieur Kalffstraat, MRP Development developed four individually designed buildings. By offering a combination of residential and commercial property, the development forms the foundation of a strong and lively community. History
For decades, Strijp-S was the industrial location of Philips & Company. People are now bringing life to the area, playing sports, shopping and enjoying leisure activities. The buildings carry the Philips names as a tribute to the area’s history: Benjamin, Maria, Frederik and Frits.
