Danube Hospitality Beteiligungs GmbH develops approximately 600 homes under the name Kruisvaartkade. The development is located on the site of the former NS shipping hub, located between the railway and the Kruisvaart. Objectum coordinates the project management and realization. MRP is advisor in the project.
Environment
The project emphasizes sustainability. Kruistvaartkade is completely gas-free and aims to be completely energy neutral. The zoning plan makes possible the ‘Ringpark Dichterswijk’ neighbourhood initiative by realizing a green route along the Kruisvaart.
600 New Residential
The Kruisvaartkade project comprises approximately 600 residences, of which at least 20% are social housing and 75 are in the mid-rent price range segment.

The Kruisvaartkade project offers options to meet everyone’s needs, including townhouses (ranging from 160 to 220 square meters) and apartments (ranging from 40 to 150 sqm).
