Sale of the Hub

On Tuesday, March 17, the online sale of The Hub apartments on Osdorpplein in Amsterdam will start. The Hub consists of 37 apartments from 47 to 78 m2. In the first phase, 18 apartments will be put on sale. All homes are delivered complete with kitchen and bathroom.

 The Hub is a new construction project of MRP Development consisting of comfortable apartments in a unique location. In the middle of the lively center of Amsterdam Nieuw West on the Osdorpplein with the Sloterplas and the park right outside the door. A place where you live in the middle of the bustling city life, but where you can also enjoy peace and space. Thanks to its central location and excellent public transport, you can quickly reach wherever you want to be.

The arrival of the Coronavirus has ensured that the sales process will mainly take place online. A sales event in theater De Meervaart was planned for 17 March. MRP Development naturally follows the rules of the RIVM and for this reason the event has been canceled.

All information that would be made available during the event will be online from Tuesday 17 March at 5 pm via www.thehub-centrumnieuwwest.nl . From Wednesday March 18, interested parties can pick up the brochure at the project broker Eefje Voogd Makelaardij at Parnassusweg 201 in Amsterdam. Registration closes on Monday March 30 at 12 noon. The allocation takes place by drawing lots.

The Hub is a development of MRP Development. MRP Development has four major developments on Osdorpplein that will be realized in the coming years.
