To put on the agenda: Celebrate New Year's Eve in the "crazy building" on Anna van Hannoverstraat in The Hague. In other words, SoZa.
Cultuurpodium de PIP Den Haag organizes a large New Year's Eve party in the maze-like location on Anna van Hannoverstraat. “We are going to close the year well and get off to a good start”, says David Schoch, one of the owners of the PIP. “It really is a 'crazy building'. You can get completely lost in it. No space is completely square. There are nooks and oddly shaped spaces everywhere. That makes the building so cool. ”
In the colossal building, the PIP sets off three floors for the party. "There is room for about 1500 people," says Schoch. “We have three main halls with different types of music. It's not just electronic music, it's disco, hip-hop and funk too. Something for everyone." Which artists come by will remain a secret for a while. "Not everything has been decided yet and we want to wait a while with the announcement."

Cultuurpodium de PIP Den Haag organiseert een groot oud- en nieuwfeest in de doolhofachtige locatie aan de Anna van Hannoverstraat. ,,We gaan het jaar goed afsluiten en meteen goed beginnen”, zegt David Schoch, een van de eigenaren van de PIP. ,,Het is echt een ‘crazygebouw’. Je kan er helemaal in verdwalen. Geen ruimte is helemaal vierkant. Overal zijn hoekjes en vreemd gevormde ruimtes. Dat maakt het pand zo vet.”
In het kolossale gebouw zet de PIP drie verdiepingen af voor het feest. ,,Er is ruimte voor ongeveer 1500 mensen”, zegt Schoch. ,,We hebben drie hoofdzalen met verschillende soorten muziek. Het is niet alleen elektronische muziek, maar ook disco, hip-hop en funk. Voor ieder wat wils.” Welke artiesten langskomen, blijft nog even geheim. ,,Nog niet alles staat vast en we willen nog even wachten met de bekendmaking.’’
