Rechtstreex “conscious eating” opens in SoZa in The Hague
Rechtstreex started on March 4, 2020 with the first neighborhood point in the Haaglanden region, located in SoZa. Rechtstreex makes the local food chain as accessible and transparent as possible for people who want to eat consciously, so that as much of what we eat comes from local farmers and makers. The consumer knows where the food comes from and who makes it. Always local and therefore seasonal with a fair price for the farmer. District chef Mark van Duijn: “Every Wednesday, people from the neighborhood pick up their fresh local products, which they have selected via the website. In this way, Rechtstreex works on a transparent, local and sustainable food chain. With this she brings consumers and food closer together ”. Rechtstreex is therefore a nice addition to the ecological green project at SoZa.

Rechtstreex “bewust eten” opent in SoZa in Den Haag
Rechtstreex is op 4 maart 2020 gestart met het eerste wijkpunt in regio Haaglanden gevestigd in SoZa. Rechtstreex maakt de lokale voedselketen zo toegankelijk en transparant mogelijk voor mensen die bewust willen eten, zodat zoveel mogelijk van wat we eten van lokale boeren en makers komt. De consument weet waar het eten vandaan komt en wie het maakt. Altijd lokaal en dus seizoensgebonden met een eerlijke prijs voor de boer. Wijkchef Mark van Duijn: “Elke woensdag halen de mensen uit de wijk hun verse lokale producten op, die zij via de website hebben uitgezocht. Op deze manier werkt Rechtstreex aan een transparante, lokale en duurzame voedselketen. Ze brengt hiermee de consument en eten dichter bij elkaar”. Rechtstreex is dan ook een mooie aanvulling op het ecologisch groenproject bij SoZa.
