TNW and MRP Collaboration
MRP Development has started a collaboration with TNW in WFC Amsterdam. TNW West will open its doors in August 2020. In the coming years, WFC Amsterdam will transform into a multifunctional hub for working, living, sustainable mobility and 24/7 facilities.
Applied Sciences at the Westas - Tech Hub
Amsterdam is one of the fastest growing tech hubs in the world, with more emerging talent and international companies looking to establish their European headquarters here. Applied Sciences, positioned as "The heart of tech", has found the ideal spaces in WFC Amsterdam to meet the needs of fast-growing technology companies, together with the global media, events and innovation programs. Current TNW tenants are companies such as Stripe, Ring, Scribbr, Miro and DOTT, and similar parties are expected to settle in TNW West.

With TNW West we can almost double our community in Amsterdam, by connecting and supporting more fast-growing technology companies and talent. We are going to exploit 6,000 m2 at the new location, which will bring a total of 15,000 m2 in Amsterdam aimed at the technology scene ”. TNW West settles in the first three renovated floors with a special interior and fully equipped for flexibility and safety. They are fun and inspiring spaces, with direct access to a community where ideas are shared and connections are made.
MRP Flex Offices - WFC Amsterdam
At the beginning of this year, MRP Development started MRP Flex Offices in WFC Amsterdam to enable flexible workplaces and office spaces with short lead times. Bart Meijer, CEO MRP Development: “The arrival of TNW supports our ambition to transform WFC Amsterdam into a lively and open place. TNW, gepositioneerd als ‘The heart of tech”, heeft de ideale ruimtes gevonden in WFC Amsterdam om, samen met de wereldwijde media, evenementen- en innovatieprogramma’s, op de behoeften van snelgroeiende technologiebedrijven in te spelen. Huidige huurders bij TNW zijn bedrijven zoals Stripe, Ring, Scribbr, Miro en DOTT, en de verwachting is dat vergelijkbare partijen zich zullen vestigen in TNW West.

MRP Development is begin dit jaar in WFC Amsterdam gestart met MRP Flex Offices om flexibele werkplekken en kantoorruimtes met korte looptijden mogelijk te maken.
