Celebration Start Construction of S-West Tower Frits in Eindhoven
Strijp-S has grown into the second beating heart of Eindhoven. S-West, the new living and working plan of MRP Development and Ten Brinke CoHof, is the largest development here. The buyers of the Frits residential tower celebrated the start of construction at restaurant Mood.
S-West will be home to Frits, Frederik, Maria and Benjamin - four distinctive buildings, each of which pays tribute to the family that made Eindhoven great. Frits with 87 homes on 18 floors is inspired by a silo, with concrete structure, height and verticality with a beautiful view over Strijp-S. The location of S-West is one of the last stretches of unexplored area that used to be the “forbidden city”. Compact but extremely centrally located, S-West is close to the center and right next to the Philips historic NatLab and the creative Sint Lucas. Viering Start Bouw van S-West Toren Frits in Eindhoven
Strijp-S is uitgegroeid tot het tweede kloppende hart van Eindhoven. S-West het nieuwe woon-en werkplan van MRP Development en Ten Brinke CoHof, is hier de grootste ontwikkeling. De kopers van de woontoren Frits hebben de start van de bouw feestelijk gevierd bij restaurant Mood.
In S-West komen Frits, Frederik, Maria en Benjamin – vier karakteristieke gebouwen die stuk voor stuk een eerbetoon zijn aan de familie die Eindhoven groot maakten. Frits met 87 woningen in 18 woonlagen is geïnspireerd op een silo, met betonstructuur, hoogte en verticaliteit met mooi uitzicht over Strijp-S.
