Oosterheem is the youngest residential area in Zoetermeer, and has still been under development since the start of construction in 2000. A vibrant neighbourhood, generous in design, green and extremely child-friendly. A neighbourhood for everyone: families, couples with two salaries, singles, seniors and students.
Oosterheem comprises eleven different neighbourhoods in total. Each neighbourhood is distinguished by its own architecture, design and atmosphere. In practice, this provides characteristic new homes in various styles. One of the eleven neighbourhoods is ‘Waterzicht’. On the edge of this neighbourhood, the 39 new homes of the ‘Oostererf’ Project will be built. Semi-detached houses with fun facades and deep gardens. With their spacious layout, the dwellings are 6.30 meters or 7.20 meters wide and make ideal dwellings for both seniors and families. There’s an additional big plus of this location: there’s lots of greenery in the neighbourhood. On the north-west side, the Noord Aa Zoetermeer recreational area with the Zoetermeer lake, centrally located in the Heempark district, and to the northeast, the Benthout woodland.
