Due to growth, we are looking for a:

Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for all tasks from the final design to the actual realization of the project. This involves managing complex real estate projects within the set financial, legal, commercial and quality objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying relevant market developments, trends and innovations and translating them into concrete plans (and/or redevelopment).

• In cooperation with the real estate developer directing an urban planner and/or architect during the design process.

• Engaging in discussions with government authorities to ensure the development is aligned with zoning plans and land contracts.

• Requesting and evaluating quotations, preparing contracts within your area of responsibility (all costs) and submitting them for approval.

• Taking appropriate and/or necessary measures to ensure the projects are realized within the agreed parameters.

• Coordinating processes, leading both internal and external project teams, and ensuring alignment with all partners.

• Responsible for the entire technical process, from the start of construction to post-completion care.

• Managing external brokers and landlords and monitoring revenues.

Who are you?

• You have over 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in real estate, with some experience in a housing association.

• You are a self-starter, able to switch between tasks easily and you approach work in a structured and precise manner.

• You have a professional, people-oriented and results-driven mindset.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, capable of engaging at various levels, monitoring and advising.

• A confident, strong personality with a proactive work attitude.
