February
At WFC Amsterdam, MRP’s new business venture; MRP Flex Offices is officially launched in Amsterdam Westas.

October
AMST wins the European Property Award for ‘ mixed-use award’ for the Netherlands.

November
Post Utrecht is nominated for the NRW Retail Award.


2019

February
MRP wins ‘de Gouden Helm’ (The golden helmet), for the title of the most innovative real estate developer in the Netherlands.

April
Catharinasteeg Leiden wins ICSC Regeneration Award

November
MRP becomes #1 Developer for commercial real estate in the Netherlands (PropertyNL).


2018


MRP wins and acquires two appealing tenders. This includes Cartesius in Utrecht and AMST in Amsterdam.


WFC Amsterdam was later acquired in 2018 and was also a solo joint venture.


2017

MRP is announced as the #2 in Top 101 Developers of the Netherlands (PropertyNL).


2016

Later on in 2016, MRP acquires ASR Vastgoed as an acquisition. As a result, MRP adds MRP Investment as part of their group.

MRP is founded as part
of the Meijer Realty Group (MRP).


2013

Ton Meijer and his son, Bart Meijer
start Meijer Realty Partners (MRP) together.
