Triodos NL and Triodos Groenfonds finance the building Nosara of MRP in Cartesius Utrecht with support of the Sustainable Capital Group

Triodos Bank has signed a financing agreement with MRP, developer of sustainable real estate projects, for the 50 appartments in the Nosara building in Cartesius Utrecht. Cartesius, inspired by the scientific theory of Blue Zones, is an internationally leading project for sustainable and healthy inner-city area development. Construction is in full swing. In total, there will be over 3,000 homes, the Cartesius Park and the monumental CAB as the "Living Room of the Neighbourhood".

"We are proud of the cooperation with Triodos Bank and Sustainable Capital Group," said Bart Meijer, CEO MRP. "This cooperation enables us to realise our sustainable ambitions in Cartesius and thus make our contribution to a healthy and green living environment for future generations."

Sustainable Capital Group arranged the financing for MRP. Triodos Bank and Sustainable Capital Group and MRP share the same sustainability ambitions, which is reflected in the ambitions of the healthy and sustainable new urban district.
