The first pile was driven by Margreet van Driel (Municipality of Zoetermeer), Paul Trip (General Director MRP) and René Pastoor (Director Ten Brinke Bouw) for the project DuinParc. The construction of the first phase of DuinParc with 25 single-family homes has now started. Duinparc is the latest development in the Oosterheem district, adjacent to the green recreational area Bentwoud. A total of 125 homes will be built.
