Project S-West handed over to the municipality of Eindhoven

With the new construction project S-West on Strijp-S, Eindhoven has gained 233 various owner-occupied and rental apartments. MRP has officially transferred S-West to the Municipality of Eindhoven. Strijp-S with the industrial heritage of Eindhoven offers living, working, shopping and meeting. It is a creative hotspot and second city center that continues to develop.

The location of S-West is one of the last stretches of unexplored territory that used to be the "forbidden city". Compact but centrally located, S-West is close to the center and right next to the Philips historic NatLab, the creative Sint Lucas and various restaurants such as the Ketelhuis, Mood and soon Rabauw brewpub with a brewery and tasting room.
