Aftermovie construction AMST Amsterdam from start to finish

Watch the aftermovie of the construction of AMST in Amsterdam, a development by MRP to be proud of! For the past two years, Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling has been building on AMST. It was building on the edge of a postage stamp, right in the beating heart of Amsterdam. AMST, a sustainable, socially responsible mixed-use new built project, responds to the high demand for rental housing in the middle segment in Amsterdam. It comprises a 2-storey parking basement below ground level, containing 252 rental homes, 80% of which are intended for middle-income households and 20% for the non-regulated rental sector. The homes are spread over two buildings, AMST I and AMST II, which also contain parking facilities and various commercial and public facilities in the plinth. The first residents have already received the key to their new homes. The first entrepreneurs Jumbo and McDonalds are preparing for the opening in September. AMST is affordable living in the middle of Amsterdam. MRP recently handed over AMST to Union Investment.
