MRP sells 6000 m2 real estate in Assen

MRP, specialized in real estate development and investments, announces that the office building at Amerikaweg 18 in Assen has been sold. PRA Health Sciences, Europe’s largest Bioanalytical Laboratory offers clients industry-leading, high quality laboratory services for drug research is the tenant there.

MRP purchased the office building in 2015. In 2020, additional 3000 m2 construction was completed for an extension of the laboratory and office space. PRA Health Sciences is the current tenant and is a world leader in clinical and bioanalytical research for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
