MRP signs partnership with ENTER in WFC
At the PROVADA real estate exhibition, MRP symbolically signed the cooperation agreement with ENTER for the World Fashion Centre (WFC). ENTER, an innovative flex operator, aims to redefine flexible working environments and support companies in transforming the way companies want to work. This is in line with the WFC's renewal plans to transform the monofunctional building complex into a diverse, sustainable and vibrant place where living, working and facilities come together.

The World Fashion Centre (WFC) is also keen to improve and become part of this beautiful new neighbourhood. That is why the WFC will be hard at work in the coming years. The aim for the WFC is to become more accessible and a nice place for everyone. This will be done by adding various facilities to the current businesses in the WFC, making the WFC a place to meet, learn, shop, relax, play sports, work and live.
WFC Flex Offfices offers various options in terms of office space. The spaces vary both in surface area, from 50m2 to 625m2, to finishing and decoration. There are fully furnished spaces available, furnished office spaces and co-working spaces. It all depends on the wishes and needs of the client and is possible to offer a tailor-made space that perfectly suits the tenant's requirements. Special within the WFC Flex Offices concept are the short terms of the agreements that can be entered into. A tenant can already rent a space with a term of one month to one year. It is also possible to extend the contract mid-term, extend the space or choose a smaller space. Tenants can make use of the various services the WFC offers.
