MRP and the municipality of Zoetermeer signed the purchase and realization agreements for phase 2 and 3 of the project Parcveld, subprojects of DuinParc. DuinParc is the latest development in the Oosterheem district, adjacent to the green nature and recreation area of Bentwoud. A total of 125 houses will be realized
DuinParc consists of two sub-projects: Duinveld (phase 1) and Parcveld (phase 2,3,4). The construction of Duinveld with 25 single-family houses is now in full swing. Parcveld consists of a total of 100 houses with 60 apartments spread over 2 buildings and 40 single-family houses. Paul Trip of developer MRP: “The construction of the 25 single-family houses is now in full swing and we are pleased that we now also can start with the following phases. There will be 40 beautiful single-family houses and 31 spacious apartments in a unique location surrounded by greenery and easily accessible. DuinParc is an example in which close collaboration with the municipality of Zoetermeer has led to successful area development.” A stone's throw from DuinParc are various facilities such as a shopping center, a golf course, a library and the Randstadrail and the green and nature area Bentwoud.
