Start pre-sale Nicoya in Cartesius in Utrecht
The pre-sale has started in the Nicoya sub-area of Cartesius in Utrecht with 25 town houses in Costa, 2 maisonettes in Coco and 52 apartments, including 4 penthouses< in Cobana. Nicoya is developed by MRP and Ballast Nedam Development, under architecture by Paul de Ruiter Architects, with inner garden landscape architecture by Donker Design and the urban plan by Mecanoo. In the large-scale healthy area development Cartesius, next to railways station Utrecht Zuilen, approximately 3,000 homes will be built from social housing and starter homes to large apartments and luxury city homes. The sales of the first homes in the Nicoya will start in spring as well as well as the guaranteed start construction.
Cartesius – a progressive healthy urban district
In Nicoya, 25 spacious sustainable city homes will be built that vary in size from 160 m² to 208 m² with three or four bedrooms and patio doors to a private garden. All town houses are adjacent to the communal courtyard. 52 apartments with a surface area between 58 m² and 155 m², including 4 penthouses with a lovely garden or a balcony with a view of the greenery. The homes are ready for the future and a sustainable, healthy and vital Cartesius lifestyle is facilitated. The sale and construction of Nicoya, the second phase of the Cartesius area development, will start in the spring of 2023. In the second phase, 770 homes will be realized, 165 of which will be social rental homes. The Cartesius Park will be a green oasis in the middle of the district.
