Woonzorg adds 16 extra social rent apartments at Osdorpplein

Woonzorg Netherlands has expanded the complex of 57 apartments with 16 new social rent apartments at Osdorpplein in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. There is also a new shared courtyard, a community space and a new entrance realized . Ruurd Potma (Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling) has handed over the keys to the new homes to Macarena Ruigrok (Woonzorg). Registration for the new homes is possible via Woningnet.

Osdorpplein - the place to live, work and to enjoy

MRP is responsible for various developments on Osdorpplein. Parking Nieuw West, the supermarket Jumbo and commercial units opposite The Hub have been realized in 2020. The Hub is MRP's most recent project on Osdorpplein which is realized including Woonzorg. MRP is responsible for various developments on Osdorpplein. In 2023, the mixed-use development MIX Amsterdam will start with 528 apartments, an open communal courtyard for all residents, a public bicycle shed for more than 400 bicycles under the Verhalenhuis and 383 additional new parking spaces in the public parking garage that has a direct open connection with the Don Bosco public parking garage. Shops, offices and the art and culture center Het Verhalenhuis will be located on the ground floor.
