ZUIDHAVEN nominated for the Haagse Woonprijs 2022

ZUIDHAVEN, the 2nd phase of the DE ZUID area development in The Hague on Scheveningen, has been nominated for the Haagse Woonprijs 2022. DE ZUID is a completely new neighborhood on the former Norfolk site around the Third Port of Scheveningen. Soon there will be room for about four hundred households. The plan is inspired by the characteristic Swedish Malmö. The ZUIDHAVEN development consists of 60 apartments, 9 townhouses and 890 m2 of commercial space and was completed in the fall of 2021. We are proud of the nomination of ZUIDHAVEN, a wonderful project that we have been able to successfully realize with all our partners.

ZUIDHAVEN is a development of MRP and VORM, realized by VORM Bouw, designed by WE Architecten, LEVS, HOYT and Broos de Bruijn architects.
