MRP is developing the new construction project The Hub. The Hub I with 37 rental apartments was completed in July 2022. In February 2023, 16 additional care homes for Woonzorg with a new entrance and courtyard garden, The Hub II with 40 rental apartments and the new city office on Osdorpplein in Amsterdam New West were completed.
