Start construction of 100 homes in ParcVeld Zoetermeer

ParcVeld consists of 60 apartments - spread over 2 buildings BentParc and ParcWoud - and 40 single-family homes. The 1st phase of DuinParc with 25 single-family homes will be completed shortly. Paul Trip (MRP): “DuinParc is a diverse area development in a unique location in Zoetermeer, next to the BentWoud nature and recreation area. The combination of single-family homes and apartments offers the possibility for generations to live together and the green living environment provides a vital lifestyle. We are therefore pleased that we can now also start building the final phases of DuinParc. MRP would like to thank the municipality and all its partners for the good cooperation to once again contribute to new high-quality homes in Zoetermeer.” DuinParc is an area development of MRP and consists of 125 homes. The design is by Hans Been Architecten and the realization is done by Ten Brinke. The homes are expected to be completed in various phases from the end of 2023 to mid-2024. MRP previously developed the successful Oostererf new-build project in Zoetermeer.
