The Hub at Osdorpplein delivered to MRP

Today, Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling delivered the new construction project The Hub on Osdorpplein to MRP. The Hub consists of 37 owner-occupied apartments, 40 rental apartments, 16 new social homes, 3200 m2 commercial units and the new Stadsloket with offices. With the preservation of the Chilean mural 'Chile Vencerá' and the addition of poetry and historical photos in the buildings, culture has also been added to Osdorpplein in Amsterdam Nieuw-West.

The Hub Osdorpplein - to live, to work, to enjoy

MRP is responsible for various developments on Osdorpplein. Parking Nieuw West, the supermarketJumbo and commercial units opposite The Hub have been realized in 2020. The Hub is MRP's most recent project on Osdorpplein. MRP is responsible for various developments on Osdorpplein. In 2023, the mixed-use development MIX Amsterdam will start with 528 apartments, an open communal courtyard for all residents, a public bicycle shed for more than 400 bicycles under the Verhalenhuis and 383 additional new parking spaces in the public parking garage that has a direct open connection with the Don Bosco public parking garage. Shops, offices and the art and culture center Het Verhalenhuis will be located on the ground floor.
